Caroline Wang Gierløff Appointed as New Managing Partner at Menon Economics

Starting from August 12th, partner Caroline Wang Gierløff will take over the leadership of Menon Economics as our new Managing Partner. She succeeds Heidi Ulstein, who has served as Managing Partner for over five years. Under Heidi’s leadership, Menon has experienced significant growth, delivered high-quality analyses to multiple clients, and achieved success in several new areas. Heidi will continue her work as partner in Menon, further developing our socio-economic analyses portfolio.

Caroline Wang Gierløff has several years of experience in the executive management of Menon Economics. As an accomplished economist, she has worked extensively on socio-economic cost-benefit analyses of various public sector measures and initiatives, developed methodological frameworks, and served as a key advisor in several major projects. Through ten years at Menon, Caroline has gained experience across most of Menon’s business areas. This broad experience makes her well-equipped to continue developing the company in collaboration with the partners and the rest of the organization.

In addition to Caroline, the executive management of Menon consist of Even Winje, Kristoffer Midttømme, and Jonas Erraia. Additionally, Magnus Utne Gulbrandsen will assume Caroline’s current role as department head and join the new leadership team, who is also supported by Menon’s skilled and dedicated partners.
