Live holds a master’s degree in behavioral economics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Toulouse School of Economics.

Live works mainly with business economic analysis. This includes both broader economic analysis for a region or municipality, but also analysis of specific industries. In particular, Live has worked with economic analyses of the tourism industry. Among other things, she has analyzed the development of the tourism industry in different destinations and mapped the impact of tourists on local businesses, including direct consumption and associated ripple effects. She has also investigated how various investments contribute to growth in tourism locally and what non-economic effects it can also lead to.
