Caroline Vinter is a senior Analyst at Menon Economics, specialising in the health and welfare sectors. Through numerous projects, she has acquired extensive knowledge of the operations and organisation of the healthcare, social care, child welfare, and education sectors. Caroline has experience assisting both public and private clients with surveys, investigations, evaluations, as well as health economic and socio-economic analyses. Notably, she has played a key role in projects such as the evaluation of seven child welfare measures and follow-up research on the quality reform in child welfare services. Caroline is skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methods, with considerable experience conducting interviews, surveys, literature reviews, and quantitative data processing. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Health Economics from the University of Oslo, specialising in economic evaluation.
