Caroline Vinter is a senior Analyst at Menon Economics, specialising in the health and welfare sectors. Through numerous projects, she has acquired extensive knowledge of the operations and organisation of the healthcare, social care, child welfare, and education sectors. Caroline has experience assisting both public and private clients with surveys, investigations, evaluations, as well as health economic and socio-economic analyses.
