Caroline Wang Gierløff is the CEO and managing partner at Menon Economics. Caroline has over ten years of experience in socio-economic analyses, concept evaluations (KVU), quality assurance, and benefit realization across various sectors. Caroline has strong methodological expertise and is particularly skilled at combining different analytical tools and methods to solve complex problems. She is an experienced project manager and is accustomed to working in interdisciplinary teams to address challenges.

She is an economist and was a PhD research fellow in economics at the School of Economics and Business at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). She holds a master’s degree in economics, specializing in development and resource economics, from the same institution, as well as a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Oslo.
