Christina Lønstad
Christina Lønstad is a senior economist at Menon Economics with specialized expertise in business development, consulting, and strategy within the public sector. She has worked on large organizational evaluations and development projects for institutions such as the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, the National Museum, and the Norwegian Correctional Service.
Christina has experience across a range of industries, with a strong focus on healthcare and digitalization. Previously, she worked as a consultant at Accenture, where she spent several years managing both large and small projects in the field of e-health. Her project experience spans from theoretical analytical work to leading teams in the implementation of major new digital solutions. In recent years, she has focused extensively on qualitative data collection, including interviews and, in particular, workshops.
Christina is a structured project manager and an experienced facilitator. She holds a degree in health economics from the University of Oslo, a Bachelor's degree in economics, and certifications in project management, agile methodology, and portfolio management.
