Christoffer Thalberg Hamnes
Christoffer Thalberg Hamnes is a analyst at Menon Economics, with particular expertise in socio-economic analyses and welfare in the municipal sector. He has extensive experience from major studies related to the Norwegian state’s project model, including a concept evaluation study (KS1) for the Arctic University Museum of Norway and various analyses connected to the new government quarter (RKV). Additionally, he played a key role in developing Oslo Municipality's guide for socio-economic analyses and updating Statsbygg’s guide for similar analyses in construction projects. As part of Menon’s welfare work, Christoffer has contributed to numerous surveys and analyses of municipal welfare, both as a project team member and an internal project leader.
Christoffer holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the BI Norwegian Business School and has received four certificates for academic excellence. He has a particular interest in issues related to assessing project profitability and how identified profitability can actually be realised.
