He holds dual Master's degrees in economics and management. In recent years, he has led several major projects related to the organization and financing of the healthcare sector and heads Menon’s in-house team of health economists. Erland is committed to ensuring that clients receive a solid and comprehensible factual foundation to support public debate and government decision-making processes. He is also an experienced speaker and debate moderator. Before joining Menon, he worked as a strategy advisor for international consulting firms.
