Henrik Motrøen Foseid is a senior analyst at Menon Economics, with a primary focus on business economics analyses. Henrik has assisted both private and public stakeholders with various economic challenges, including private companies, business organisations, and major public entities such as government ministries. His project experience spans industries ranging from tourism to renewable energy sectors such as offshore wind, hydrogen, and batteries. Among other contributions, Henrik has been involved in analysing the implications of IRA for Norwegian industries and mapping the current and future competence needs of the Norwegian offshore wind sector. He also has experience with and a deep understanding of Menon’s impact effect model, and conducts impact effect analyses for a wide range of purposes annually. Henrik employs quantitative methods extensively in his work, with Excel and Python as key analytical tools. Henrik holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, specialising in economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Inland Norway focusing on business economics and finance.
