Kaja Høiseth-Gilje

Kaja Høiseth-Gilje is a partner at Menon Economics, with specialized expertise in evaluations and socio-economic analyses. She has extensive experience in both complex sector reviews and targeted evaluations of grant schemes, public programs and initiatives, and organizational assessments. Kaja also advises top management teams in public organizations on how organizational measures can enhance efficiency and contribute to fulfilling their societal mission. She has conducted numerous comprehensive concept evaluations and socio-economic analyses and is well-versed in the government’s project model, as well as relevant circulars and guidelines. Through her work on various assessment projects, socio-economic analyses, and evaluation studies, Kaja has developed strong expertise in applying qualitative and quantitative methods to solve complex challenges in an optimal way. Kaja holds a PhD in Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). During her doctoral studies, she was a visiting researcher at Harvard University, and she is also certified in PRINCE2 Foundation project management. Her strong academic qualifications are complemented by personal skills that contribute to efficient project execution. Kaja is an experienced project manager who works in a highly structured manner, ensuring high quality and efficiency in project deliveries.
