Matilde Avdem Frankmo
Matilde Frankmo is an analyst at Menon Economics, with particular experience in economic analyses related to assessments and quality assurance of large public investments, including defense investments, port developments, and other infrastructure projects. Through these projects, she has gained strong knowledge about the Norwegian State Project Model and relevant circulars. Matilde has also contributed to the development of methodologies for cost-benefit analyses in the road and transport sectors, with a special focus on valuing and assessing environmental impacts.
