Siri Vikøren
Siri Vikøren is a senior manager at Menon Economics, where she works on socio-economic analyses across sectors and thematic areas. Her core expertise lies in assessing public initiatives subject to the government’s impact assessment framework and the state’s project model.
With experience spanning from the idea phase to the implementation of both large and small-scale studies—including concept evaluations (KVU), quality assurance (KS1 and KS2), and evaluations—she has a strong understanding of what is required to ensure the best possible decision-making foundation. Her contributions to methodological development in the defense sector have helped the Norwegian Armed Forces improve their ability to prioritize initiatives based on operational effectiveness, an increasingly crucial factor with the rise of larger, benefit-driven programs.
Siri holds a business degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and also has a Bachelor’s degree in journalism. She is passionate about clear and precise communication. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to quickly identify the core of complex challenges, ensuring that the bigger picture is always considered in the projects she works on.
