Stine Victoria Stakkestad is a senior economist at Menon Economics, working across a broad range of topics in both socio-economics and business economics. Her primary focus is on socio-economic analyses, where she has experience in everything from early-phase assessments to project follow-up through benefit realization and value management across multiple sectors. She has in-depth knowledge of the methodological framework for the Norwegian government’s project model and impact assessment guidelines. Stine Victoria has led several comprehensive concept evaluations (KVU), developed governance documents (SSD), and conducted quality assurance assessments (KS1 and KS2) as part of Menon’s framework agreement with the Ministry of Finance. She has played key roles in multiple complex, cross-sector digitalization projects in the public sector for clients such as the Norwegian Tax Administration, Norwegian Customs, the National Security Authority, NAV, and the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir). Prior to Menon, Stine Victoria worked for several years at Capgemini Invent as a senior consultant, primarily focusing on digital transformation for both public and private sector clients. She holds a business degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) with research distinctions. Her combination of strong analytical expertise, professional experience, and excellent interpersonal skills, along with her efficient work style, makes her a valuable asset in complex projects that require a balance of strategic oversight and attention to detail.
