Tonje Arnesen is a senior economist at Menon Economics, specialising in socio-economic analyses and evaluations. In the field of socio-economic analysis, Tonje has experience with both smaller, simplified analyses of specific issues and large, complex concept selection studies and quality assurance projects (KS1/KS2). She has knowledge in the Norwegian State Project Model, the Instructions for Official Studies and reports (utredningsinstruksen), and relevant instructions and circulars for conducting socio-economic evaluations. In recent years, Tonje has been involved in several method and model development projects, particularly focusing on identifying and describing non-monetary impacts professionaly. She has also contributed to a number of evaluations and has in-depth knowledge of the evaluation framework, including the OECD model. Tonje holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Oslo. She places a high priority on maintaining good communication with clients to ensure continuous clarifications and the best possible solutions, always tackling challenges with a smile.
