This report examines how academic staff and students at universities and colleges in Norway are motivated to commercialise their research. The aim is to gain a better understanding of the incentive structures for commercialisation in the higher education sector (UoH) and to suggest how these structures can be adjusted to better facilitate research-based value creation originating from universities and colleges.
