Menon is now confirmed as a new Partner Institute of the Global Competitiveness and Risks Team of the World Economic Forum.
The Global Competitiveness Report (GCR) is a yearly report published by the World Economic Forum. The report ranks over 130 economies from around the globe. The Global Competitiveness Index integrates both macroeconomic and the micro/business aspects of competitiveness into a single index. In 2016/2017 Norway was ranked as the 11th most competitive nation. That is one place ahead of its Scandinavian neighbor Denmark, but behind Finland (10th) and Sweden (6th). Switzerland was ranked first, followed by Singapore and United States.

Menon will be in charge of conducting the Norwegian part of the Executive Opinion Survey. The survey will include a representative sample of business leaders in Norway. The Executive Opinion survey was answered by over 14,500 leaders in 138 countries last year.
