On behalf of Vestfold and Telemark County Municipality, Menon Economics has prepared an analysis of the economic impacts associated with the realisation of Norcem’s carbon capture facility in Brevik. The analysis further looks at the regional economic benefits that may follow in the wake of the government’s Langskip project.
