Nordic service providers’experiences and views on certification as a business tool
In a report written for Nordic Innovation Center, we identify the motives for and experiences from certifying services. The report takes a closer look at accomodation services, e-learning, elderly services and fund raising. Firms predominantly certify because it signals quality. If firms go international, they are not particularly concerned with certification abroad. Industry associations play a central role in informing firms about the advantages and cost of certifying services.
