Caroline Nguyen Halvorsen holds a master’s degree in health economics from the University of Oslo, specializing in economic evaluation. She also has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Caroline has been employed at Menon Economics since August 2020.

At Menon Economics, Caroline primarily works with in economic analyses within the health and welfare sectors. She possesses specific expertise in the areas of healthcare services and child welfare. Caroline works with both public and private clients and has substantial knowledge of the various administrative levels. Common to the projects Caroline is involved in is the use of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
