Erland Skogli holds an MBA degree from France with a specialization in strategy and an international Master’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the Netherlands, France and Norway with special focus on innovation economy. Erland has wide-ranging experience with analyses of business policy, with special focus on innovation in both the public and the private sector, and with public procurement. He has also worked extensively on analyses of employment policy. In addition, he has long experience from strategy processes, both as an advisor and as a manager. He has specialized industry knowledge especially within trade, ICT and the service industries.

Erlend has previously led the analysis activities of both the Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry and the Enterprise Federation of Norway and worked as a strategy advisor for Booz & Co (now PWC), Ernst & Young and inFuture. He started his career as a researcher in the STEP-Group.
