Glenn holds a master’s degree in economics with Research Distinction from the Norwegian School of Economics, where he wrote his thesis on the effect of increased data volumes on income distributions, using the insurance sector as a channel.

At Menon, Glenn has worked on various topics and issues within socioeconomic analyses and business development, including green transition and renewable industry, the maritime sector, security and defence, as well as digitalization and data sharing. He utilizes a range of methods and frameworks to support decision makers and has a particular focus on structuring and visualizing complex problems.

Glenn has previously worked as a consultant at Deloitte, in the strategic advisory and anti-money laundering and forensic investigation departments. His experience across these fields has given him the ability to balance strategic considerations with regulatory concerns. Glenn combines his practical experience as an advisor with a solid academic foundation and thrives at the intersection between the analytical and the creative. With a focus on effective communication and economic understanding, Glenn aims to deliver robust and well-founded deliverables.
