Kaja holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Bergen, with an exchange program at the University of Queensland, Australia, as part of her studies. She has been with Menon Economics since 2022, working on a variety of areas and issues. Kaja has a particular focus on the maritime industry and plays a key role in several industry analyses conducted by Menon for the maritime sector. She has also worked on issues related to renewable energy, transportation, and climate and environment.

Kaja has extensive experience in collecting, analyzing, and presenting both qualitative and quantitative data from various sources.

Previously, Kaja worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Bergen and as an intern in the Tax Policy Department at the Ministry of Finance, where she contributed to the development of a model to calculate the emission effects of tax changes.
