Kristine holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), with a specialization in Business Analysis and Performance Management. As part of her degree, she participated in an exchange program at EDHEC Business School in Lille, France.

Kristine has several years of experience as a consultant at Metier, where she worked in the Management Consulting division. Here, she has diverse experience in estimation, cost risk analyses, project management, program reporting, and cost control in projects across various industries, both in the public and private sectors. In addition, Kristine has worked on projects under the government’s quality assurance regime, including concept evaluations, and quality assurance of choice of concept (KS1) and of management documentation (KS2).

Kristine is certified in project management with PRINCE2 Foundation, as well as a cost estimator (Metier Certified Cost Estimator). Furthermore, she holds an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from SKEMA Business School.
