Stine Victoria Stakkestad holds a degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), with a research-oriented track and specialization in economics. As part of her degree, she completed semesters at Sciences Po in Paris and Monash University in Melbourne.

At Menon Economics, Stine Victoria works on a wide range of topics within both economics and industrial economics. Her primary focus is on economic analysis, including evaluations and benefit management and realization. She possesses comprehensive knowledge of the methodologies and frameworks governing major public sector investments (Statens prosjektmodell) and has conducted multiple in-depth concept evaluations (KVU) as well as developed various policy documents (SSD) across several sectors. Additionally, she has contributed to quality assurance (KS1) as part of Menon’s framework agreement with the Ministry of Finance.

Stine Victoria also has several years of experience as a senior consultant at Capgemini Invent, where she primarily worked on digital transformation projects for both public and private entities. She has acted as a process leader and project team member in several complex and cross-sector digitalization projects in the public sector.
